zbazi Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the zbazi platform — they clearly define your rights and responsibilities.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the zbazi platform, opening an account, or using any game or service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.
zbazi reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
02. Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use the zbazi platform:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- Your permanent residence must not be in any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
- You may not use the account on behalf of or as a representative of any third party.
This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to underage users will be permanently closed at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.
03. Account Registration & Security
Each individual may open only one account on the zbazi platform. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any bonuses may be forfeited.
What to do during registration
- Provide accurate and genuine personal information.
- Use a strong and confidential password.
- Do not share account login details with anyone.
- Update your information immediately if anything changes.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If your password or login details are accessed by an unauthorized person, notify zbazi support immediately. Ensuring the security of your account is entirely the user's responsibility.
04. Deposits & Withdrawals
The payment methods currently accepted on the zbazi platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests must be made only through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity and age verification has not been completed.
In cases of misuse or suspicious transactions, zbazi reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal request and may request additional verification.
05. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
zbazi's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Or: deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.
Wagering Requirement
Before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
General Bonus Terms
- Each user may receive a welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
- The validity of a bonus is limited to a specified period from the date it is issued.
- zbazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
06. Gameplay & Bet Settlement
The outcome of all games and bets available on the zbazi platform is determined in a verifiable and fair manner. Fair play is our core principle.
General Gaming Rules
- Each game has its own rules — please read them before starting a game.
- If the outcome of any game or bet is undetermined due to a technical error, zbazi will make the final decision.
- zbazi reserves the right to cancel transactions that occur during software errors or server outages.
Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket (T20, IPL, BPL, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes are settled based on the official result of the relevant match.
07. Responsible Gaming
zbazi believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be considered a source of income. We are committed to the mental and financial wellbeing of all our users.
- Bet within your means — only invest an amount you can afford to lose.

08. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbazi platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:
- Opening or using multiple accounts.
- Providing fake or false identity information.
- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonus schemes.
- Exploiting any technical error or software vulnerability.
- Using third-party software or bots to place automated bets.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
09. Privacy & Data Protection
Protecting your personal information is very important to zbazi. We collect only the information necessary to operate the service and store it with strict security measures.

10. Account Suspension & Closure
zbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any reason, particularly in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Creating a threat to the security of the platform or to other users.
Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.
11. Limitation of Liability
The zbazi platform is operated on an "as is" basis. We are unable to guarantee the following:
- That the platform will be available without interruption at all times — temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.
- That third-party services (payment gateways, game providers) will be free from errors.
All gaming activity is conducted at the user's own risk. Winning and losing bets is normal — zbazi is not responsible for bet outcomes.
