Details on Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a powerful tool that keeps you completely away from zbazi's gaming activities for a set period. Once this feature is activated, you will no longer be able to log in, place any bets, or receive any promotional messages.
Self-exclusion durations: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. If you choose permanent self-exclusion, it cannot be reactivated. For other durations, once the period ends, you will need to contact the support team to reactivate your account.
Any balance remaining during self-exclusion can be withdrawn — only placing new bets will not be permitted.
Deposit Limit
A deposit limit lets you control how much you deposit within a given time period. This feature is available at three levels: daily limit, weekly limit, and monthly limit.
Important: Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, a request to increase a limit has a 24-hour processing delay, to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.
The minimum deposit at zbazi is ৳300. For healthy gaming habits, we recommend that you never deposit beyond your monthly entertainment budget.
